This new bill wouldn't have done a damn thing even it was retroactively in place before the shooting.
Rick Scott is an effing, total disgrace. Still hasn't removed the Sheriff and nobody is discussing the total breakdown at the local, state, and federal levels of government.

If he removes the sheriff, he needs to remove a whole bunch of people who signed the “no arrest” agreement - and the NAACP, being one signatory, won’t take that well.
