Some “Social Worker” got ahold of my Elderly Father and signed him up for Food Stamps.
I was visiting him and saw a Letter from the County letting him know that he qualified for Food tamp Assistance, $15 a Month. Yes, $15 a Month.
He had no idea he had been signed up for it.
I must have sent in a half dozen Forms trying to cancel it. What a waste of time and Government inefficiency.
They get bonuses based on how many people they can sign up, I think. I used to not understand how EBT card people could buy grocery store items I couldn’t afford until I got signed up, ever so briefly.
