Wouldn’t be easier and just as effective to simply pass a law making it illegal to shoot a person? People would follow the law and then no more murders!

I don’t understand the ownership transfer statement. I have nothing that says I own my firearms. Of course I bought them but now possession is ownership at least where I reside. Comments?
