President Donald Trump criticized California Rep. Maxine Waters for having a “low IQ,” while campaigning for Republican congressional candidate Rick Saccone Saturday.
“And Maxine Waters, a very low IQ individual. Did you ever see her?” Trump said, before launching into an imitation of the Democratic representative.

Is anyone surprised? Truth is a defense to slander. If he had said she was the dullest mind in the Congress, though, it might not be true. Sheila Jackson Lee, and Nancy Pelosi are right in there, too.
The only thing Maxine Waters does with a high IQ is how to be a corrupt bastard..she needs to show how she can afford an 8 mil dollar house on her salary come on Maxine, show us YOUR tax returns
