True, a "man bun" can be corrected with a snip of the scissors. Years of wearing increasing sizes of gauge discs in one's ear lobes - that's going to require a good cosmetic surgeon to set right.

My wife often opines that she has less of an issue with people who do piercings, vs tattoos, since most piercings can be easily reversed (except those nausea-inducing ear things, of course)
