President Donald Trump will be met with protesters when he makes his first visit as president to the Los Angeles area Tuesday, and police said they are prepared to respond to any troubles.
Trump is scheduled to fly into Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego County at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, and he is expected to speak to troops at the base at 2 p.m. Trump is also expected to pay a visit to Otay Mesa to view the 30-foot-tall border wall prototypes that have been erected there.
He is then scheduled to fly to Los Angeles, arriving at Los Angeles International Airport at 3:30 p.m., according to the White House. He will likely be flown via military helicopter to the West Los Angeles area.
Trump is scheduled to attend a Republican National Committee fundraiser in the Beverly Hills or Bel Air area. The location has not been disclosed. According to an invitation obtained by the Los Angeles Times, tickets for the event range from $35,000 just for the dinner up to $250,000 for the chance to meet Trump, attend a roundtable discussion and have a photo taken with him. The fundraiser is being hosted by RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, national finance chairman Todd Ricketts and deputy national finance chairman Elliott Broidy, The Times reported.
A "Trump Out of L.A." protest is being organized by the advocacy group Union del Barrio's Los Angeles chapter.

Hope it’s a big turnout while they fly their Mexican flags and “I’m pitiful” signs. Even some liberals are getting fed up with this nonsense.
I hope Trump will be have more bodyguards around him than normal; I don’t trust those loonies in Cali.
Well, lets hope the Secret Service plans on doing a good job. I haven’t been all that impressed in the last couple of years.
There was more than just that one brief sentence. My mistake in trying to reason with....
...is being met by an "illegals out of L.A." response.

My understanding is that Trump brought some of his domestic security officers aboard the Secret Service. Don’t know whether true of not, but the old faces who used to travel through Southern towns with Obama , sporting a tail motorcade vehicle with a belt fed M-60 brandished out the tail gate window on innocent civilians in the street, those boys are gone as far as I can see.
Southerners got the message back then that Obama wanted them to have, they had an uppity field hand
as President rather than the magic negro they thought they had elected. Obama was very bad news for the whole country who had no intention of representing all Americans.
You can read a lot about any President by the way the Secret Service conducts itself. Obama’s SS men were scared to death of what could happen and were politicized to be loyal to Obama personally rather than being loyal to the Constitution.By the end of Obama’s 1st term the SS presidential detail had devolved to being little better than thugs IMHO.
So far President Trump’s detail is professional, out of sight as much as possible, and very discrete in the deploying of their ordnance. That’s a sea change from the tasteless “in your face,” belligerent detail of Obama.
Trump will be visiting the military district that was formerly called California before the widespread sedition was put down
OK, here are two of your sentences, your words.
Instead of evading the question, try answering it.
One more time just for you.
Are you suggesting now that Trump is President, he'll suddenly have "adoring" crowds waiting for him if he goes back to the Midwest's leftist capital of Chicago?
??
I wasn’t aware of some of that, but it doesn’t surprise me.
Obama was about as far from being presidential material as one could be.
Trump > IMO < does conduct himself professionally.
Some will say that his tweets are a good example why that isn’t true, but this guy uses tweets as a tool, a weapon, a road to achievement.
Best vote I ever cast.
