It occurred when Hillary paid 10M for the phony dossier for which the Russians provided the fake information that was used, illegally, to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.

Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. How can you say DJT is not colluding? There’s a whole building complex in Washington which is actual Russian territory, the interior of which is guarded by Russian soldiers. And inside, there’s a fat man who goes around getting his phone conversations monitored...and...and...and...Organ music...eating lunch with people! Some of the people who eat lunch with him are in the Trump Administration! Are you blind! Cant you see it! And sometimes the fat Russian guy pays for the lunch! The perfidy!
This report is partly good, but it still blames the Russians for “hacking,” for which no evidence will be presented, because there isn’t any. DNC-paid Crowdstrike’s report is BS.
