He does bring in talent for specific phases of implementation, and the departure of a given employee is rarely treated as anything but exactly that, wishing them well, speaking well of their talents and contributions. Is Tillerson being spoken ill of by anyone in the administration, or is it all a media concoction? Even conservative sites will fan the flames for clicks, they’re just about as bad as the MSM in that regard.
