For the record it was the BATF that entrapped Weaver. That said common practice in Fed leo agencies.

Let's be frank: This FBI agent fomented the attempted mass murder of conservatives.

For justice to be done, this man must be tried and executed for his crimes.

If not, then our system of justice is a farce.

The FBI had a case in Texas this year where a man was kidnapped for ransom by several people. The FBI went to the kidnappers’ hideout and shot the hostage (mistaken identity on the FBI’s part).

They later announced that a murder charge would not be pursued against them even though their crime led to a man’s death.

I don’t see how ths FBI agent cannot be charged. There may just be no will to do so.
