He was filming while the attackers shot at two uniformed officers! One of them was a Garland Police Officer who was able to stop the two jihadis with his pistol, but it appears the "Undercover FBI Agent" was fully prepared to film the murder of the two security personnel instead of the deaths of his partners. Had they got past the security, would he have followed them into the event to film more murders? Would his video have ended up on ISIS websites? Had he not been arrested as he fled the scene (and thus been forced to show his FBI credentials) we would we even know the FBI was in on this? What the hell was going on here? This guy makes Scot Peterson look brave..

Actually, this happens all the time. This is how police departments and the FBI nab many jihadis, etc. The FBI agent was performing as an agent provocateur. IMHO, it went way too far when it endangered the lives of the Garland police officers. I believe one of them was shot. Could also have endangered the lives of those inside. Very unethical, at the least.

This. We want would-be jihadists to be so paranoid about snitches and FBI agents among them, when planning a domestic attack, that they take their grievances abroad to a battlefield like Syria or Libya, far away from the American taxpayer, with whose safety the FBI is charged.
