I’m shaking my head over this election.
Funny story about voting yesterday. My boyfriend lives in Washington County, and voted in the morning for Saccone. He then persuaded his friend who lives about 10 minutes away, in Bentleyville, to go and vote also.
So the friend goes to his usual polling place, and finds it totally empty. No one is there. So he goes home and calls my boyfriend, who calls me and asks me to look up his address. Sure enough, he’s in a different district. In fact, his congressional district is the same as my brother’s all the way over in Altoona. Goes to show how crazily gerrymandered some of the districts really are.
I didn’t think they were changing the lines yet? Is that right? This redistricting is throwing everything off this year! I’m not even sure they got the ballots printed for our county yet!
