I don’t see anything iffy in this. Seems pretty darn absolute to me.

The phrase “being necessary to the security of a free State” is as important as “shall not vbe infringed”. It’s all about Freedom.

2A is the only Amendment among all 27 that have been ratified by the States that includes the phrase SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
