Great article....interesting too...just had a conversation with my niece who is currently in law school and is amazed I don’t believe in “Systemic Racism”....I may have to alter my statement to her and tell her....oh, yes...SR is there....but it’s the blacks who practice it. Excellent article.

The only minor - I stress minor - criticism I might give is that the last paragraph seems to come across as the BWM is the only group in existence that can supply stability. I believe that any BM wants the same things regardless of skin color. So the BAM, BHM, BBM, etc. Yes they are fewer - the definition of a minority. However, I believe they also want the same things as the BWM and fill a similar role.
