No, Sessions will make sure that lying and obstruction remain low-risk crimes in the swamp, thereby ensuring we get more of the same going forward.

“reportedly misled investigators during their investigation into his conduct.” = pension for him, jail for you if you did it.

I hope I am dead wrong, but at this point I highly doubt justice will be served here. From reported accounts, McCabe should be fired and lose his lofty pension, which in my mind is ill-gotten gain. But alas, Lois Lerner appears to be the example of how the deep state always seems to skate.
I would feel no sorrow for McCabe if he were to be fired. If that were to somehow happen, it is with near certainty that you can bet that George Soros, Tom Steyer, or any number of deep pocketed Wall Street or Tech barons will step up an hire McCabe for some do-nothing job or speaking engagements to more than backfill McCabe’s potential loss of pension.

McCabe is a liar.
Enough of the careful and slick word-smithing that twists not telling the truth into a lack of candor.
McCabe should be fired. There has to be consequences for his bad acts.

CBS news, which airs during the Limbaugh show here and is the worst, reported on McCabe with a total lack of context. Merely said he had been “criticized for his dealings with reporters”. And we wonder why we can lose this country to illegals and communists.

McCabe’s net worth is $11 million, so I doubt he’s sweating the pension. No doubt he’d really like to have it, but prison is what’s worrying McCabe.

If lying to the FBI is a crime how is McCabe immune from that?
No Comey sightings on this.

I saw that too. Just how did a “civil servant” living in DC obtain a net worth of $11 million? Wife get some high paying job from a Democrat front group? Like Michelle Obama got paid $300k per year along with the Obama’s sweet home deal? Funny how that all works.

My bet (ONLY MY THEORY) is that McCabe's wife took the $700,000 from Terry McAuliff but the money actually came from the Clinton Foundation via Hillary.
Acting Director McCabe knew the true source of the money but was not forthcoming about it, indeed he lied. That is an unpardonable sin inside FBI.

McCabe will lose his government pension if convicted of a felony. But first he must be convicted. No idea if that will happen. However, I seriously doubt he, his wife, and his lover will suffer as a result.
