So I just quit my hellhole of a job last week, but our offices are cleaned daily by a crew of Hispanic ladies. On my last night there, one little old lady was working alone because her co-worker was sick. I felt sorry for her and helped her remove some heavy wooden pallets. As I tried talking to her, it became apparent that she knew pretty much no English at all. WTF??!!? How do they get jobs in the first place? And how do we stop it?

And nearly every General Contractor is criminally negligent, at least. If there’s a problem with getting a good I-9, they just 1099 them, or pay cash.

General contractors today ALL have a safe and multiple thousands in cash. All of them...at least out here in the West.
