Priorities. Sessions obviously struggles to do everything. Not all immigration violations are the same. Not all should be treated the same by DOJ.

I personally favor going after EITC and IRS fraud
and
Going after Consulting companies who are organized crime.

Organized crime is far worse than individual ad hoc crimes.

“Organized crime is far worse than individual ad hoc crimes.”

Oh, you must mean like General Contractors enabling payment schemes via multiple levels of 1099 that make it possible for Illegals to get paid on big jobs.

They know, and openly discuss the fact it allows illegals to work in construction. Most don’t even try to hide it, at least not from each other.

Oh, and the developers are in on it too.

I could go undercover and bust dozens of such schemes. As an electrical, framing, concrete, roofing etc. Independent Contractor.

Just about any major construction effort could be unwound as a RICO conspiracy in the West.

And they deprive American Citizens of jobs. And I think most American citizens would consider this a front-burner effort.
