I don’t think you loose the pension you’ve earned simply be being fired. He needs to be prosecuted and found guilty of criminal acts while at the FBI. If that occurs, he will forfeit his pension, but he won’t need it where he’s going. He wife can send him a small allowance to allow him to get a candy bar out of the vending machine when he’s “on the yard.”
OTOH, maybe he will rat out everyone to try and stay out of jail! We need two things: 1) The DOJ IG report and 2) the Second Special Prosecutor ( someone who has an “unfailing erection” for getting to the truth).
