Got to start somewhere and the list sounds like a good place to start. Reckon she has any idea what her kids would like to have so she has an idea what to work with?
Having help dealing with all that paperwork of you mom’s will be a big help. If she was anything like Hubby’s aunt, there’s a ton of it. We were able to throw a lot away but still had a lot to file.

We’ve been talking about “stuff” for years. The grands have all expressed interest in some things, and “things” go home with every visitor. Mom liked those moments.
Peg took home, in her suitcase, a small wooden chair that my Mom had as a child about 5 years ago. Everyone got a huge laugh. I would have loved to see the face of the suitcase inspector. d:o)
