No. Proof tests are never done with anything under the load.
I don't know what happened, but read some adjustments were made to pretension rods running the length of the span. That shouldn't happen with anything under the span either.

No. Proof tests are never done with anything under the load. That's what I thought. But, in an area where English is always a second language anything goes.
