Hippo-ry dressed flowy and comfortably for two reasons. One, she is morbidly obese, and secondly it is very hot and humid in many regions of India. Being morbidly obese increases your insulation qualities and the person becomes uncomfortably hot rather quickly.
Passing this off as a fashion statement is rather humorous and is a perfect display of media bias.
I never get the feeling that the media is concerned with madame Secretary’s health as they titter around her obvious struggles with fashion show bylines trying to keep the public as misinformed as possible.

Oh yes, the surefooted ‘Teepee Manatee’ has always been such a fashion trendsetter. It looks like she stole and skinned a cheap curbside sofa to make that outfit, but at least it doubles as a practical boat cover, and thankfully hides her leg-mounted Foley bag and cankles from public view.
In this matter, I would lay off Hillary. What she is wearing is perfectly appropriate for her age and shape, as well as for the occasion.
Compare what Hillary is wearing to what Michelle has been photographed wearing on recent trips since leaving the White House.
