Why? Do you think he’s ready, willing, and able to take the firestorm that Trump has and do whatever it takes to finish the job of MAGA by restoring our Free Constitutional Republic? I don’t think so.
We need an outsider, a non-politician, a non-establishment guy because he’ll be taking down the establishment. IMO, Pence is a political establishment guy and is not what we need in 2024.

I am betting Pompeo is there to clean up the agency and will be moved once trump is sure he is the one in control of the state department. Trump will then move Pompeo from state to somewhere else he feels that he has no control because of Hillary and Obama operatives with in the agency. .

I think Pompeo would be suitable for 2024 after serving as VP in 2020. I don’t see anyone (outsider) as of yet willing/able to step up to Trump’s MAGA, unless I am overlooking someone.
I don’t know anything about Pompeo - guess we’ll find out.
When I told my kids I had a Twitter account, they were shocked. “Why, Mom?” You should have seen their faces when I told them I wanted to know what MY president has to say without all the mish-mash the press applies.
