When you can’t run your game in the open, it’s rotten. Nobody said it's not rotten or nefarious. My point was that it was smart of obama to find a way to reward his goons with public funds and in a manner that didn't draw anyone's attention. You can be smart about accomplishing a goal even if the goal is immoral or unethical.
