There were several tornados in the group of storms that rumbled across AL this evening. A couple moved into southern TN as well.
We had a pretty good storm raging at our place and as soon as it passed us, they issued a tornado warning with it. We dodged that bullet, but just barely. Whew!

No injuries reported in TN but they said several people were injured in the AL storms. No reports of deaths and that’s the good news.

First responders from many other counties and state resources are being directed to the Jacksonville area due to extensive damage and possibly some people trapped in apartments and other buildings. No reports of deaths so far.

We’re happy to be ok too. We’ve been hit by a tornado before and aren’t in any hurry for a repeat performance.

I hope no one who was injured in AL was hurt badly.
And I feel for those who are dealing with damaged homes. It’s not a fun ordeal to go through.
