It took five weeks for Kyle Kashuv, the conservative Parkland shooting survivor, to be granted an interview with CNN, despite several of his classmates getting plenty of airtime.
Apparently, it has to do with one of his retweets. Kashuv's friend called to tell him the network had disinvited him. The tweet that got him booted was one composed by @ClayTravis, who called Brooke Baldwin a "fake news hypocrite."
It seems Kashuv is taking the news in stride.

CNN “can’t handle the truth”. If you want to be a Parkland “survivor”, you have to dance when the CNN “organ grinder” starts the music.

Stop calling normal people conservatives. The left uses the word to signal that normal people are to be ignored, marginalized or persecuted.
Dang. Is there an echo in here?
There is no behavior by the anti-gun crowd that would cause CNN to disinvite.
For conservatives, any excuse will do.
I’m not sure how deliberately silencing an opinion is any different than burning books. Maybe somebody at CNN can explain.
If they can’t spin it, they spike it.
And it’s not just CNN doing it. And not just on the national level.
Of course CNN is propaganda, not news or truth. Does CNN stands for Can’t notice news.
We have a Ministry of Propaganda, plain and simple.
Tell it to the reporter/blogger/writer. I’m merely a cutter and paster. ;-)
They’re skerred cause his Mom let them know his Dad is X-fbi and has a gun. They’s intimidated.
Im continually amazed the MSM is content to let Fox have a monopoly on Right of center news coverage while a huge swarm of the battle it out for a tiny sliver of the audience on the Left. The result is like CNN, their ratings are awful. You would think some adult would put gaining an audience and shareholder value ahead of Leftist ideology - no matter what they believed personally. But no. They cling to extreme Left wing ideology despite not having much of an audience as a result.
True story. And older lady working in the student bookstore at Washington and Lee University was inspired by the equestrian statue of R.E. Lee astride his horse (Traveller) to write a children's book of history from the standpoint of the horse (basically a biography of the horse). Another older lady who also worked in the bookstore did the illustrations. They produced the book and were selling them through the bookstore (with permission).
A couple of liberal faculty decided the book was "hate speech" and tried to get both of them fired.
Fortunately, the university chancellor basically told the libs to sit down and shut up, so we won this one....but the push is most definitely on to shut down any position other than the "progressive" one.
If anyone would like to add some support for these ladies, the book is also available from Amazon:
My Colt: The Story of Traveller by Margaret Samdahl
I bought a copy, and I don't see any "hate speech". I was impressed by the illustrations.
