And they are all going to rush this through so they can take their Easter Break. No debate, just throw it all in a single bill and go home. This bill is so much more than funding for balance of fiscal year, it funds things like Planned Parenthood for THREE YEARS. They sold out all conservatives, gun owners or not.

Check this out: Yesterday I had to take a random drug test as a requirement of my job, unlike members of Congress whose decisions affect millions of people. And when I got to the counter of the receptionist, lo and behold, what should they have on the glass...I must confess I was concerned of the possibility of being randomly shot, but after learning that it was a gun free zone my concerns were assuaged.

Republican party shows it’s true color yellow belly and white stripe on back. Also didn’t some Republican say there was no wasted spending in this bill? Liar liar pants on fire. We need “NEED” A Constitutional Party. With back ground checks to join and tracking to insure they stay on track.

Just great.
How many "financially incompetent" seasoned citizens have shot up schools or murdered anybody lately?
What?
None!!??
That's what I thought.
We are being ruled by idiots and fools.

Sorry, but I do not see how reauthorizing a statute (Fix-NICS) would re-implement a rule (posted by the SSA) that Congress has reversed.

1, it would be just another illegal law (that many, if not most, Americans will ignore anyway
2. that senior citizens include some folks among those most needing the ability of self-defense.... what with elder abuse and criminals seeking out senior citizens as easier targets for robberies, assaults, etc...................doesn’t mean a thing to congress I guess
3. my neighbor says, if any governmental official ever tries to steal his firearms, he will fire to kill as necessary to protect himself, his family, his home, his property.... not a moment’s hesitation, not upset, not bothered, not worried about it either, “that’s exactly what the firearms are for, just read any American history book”

Yet another data point leading to the conclusion that the GOPe is throwing the midterms to the rats to allow them to impeach President Trump. What would they be doing differently if this were so?
