Just in Egypt or for such students anywhere? I mean let’s make sure we are not leaving any Egyptian students behind.
Senator Paul only made it through about 600 pages of the 2200 page bill. I'm sure the disadvantaged students from many other countries are also recpients of our limitless generosity.
