That he is. Bennett is accused of assaulting a 66-year-old female paraplegic (you read that right). A grand jury returned the indictment Friday.

Yes, reading about an assault on a 66-year-old female paraplegic makes me feel uncomfortable. I wonder if Bennett included that in his book.
