Particularly with the reported restriction that none of the funding can be used for the new wall designs represented by the prototypes. That was a direct slap at Trump.
And of course when he was looking at them, I believe he agreed or at least saw the logic to it.
So build a wall not included in the prototypes.
A little something from one prototype, a little something from another and a little more from a third and you have a wall that is not like any of the current prototype. Remember Trump used to build things!
