Why would they mention the criminal side of the assclown. Need to elevate his stature before the detail his "struggle" with 'THE MAN'. As far as google, maybe he's on to something there. ;-)

I skimmed the original LAT story. What steaming pantload of liberal balderdash and squish. Written in the maudlin NPR style. On the bright side, over half of the comments at LAT are against the creep.
