The one accurate thing I see here is no funding to build a wall in this Ryan-Pelosi-McConnell-Schumer budget bill sent to the desk of the POTUS.
No funding for a wall is what one would expect from the likes of the “Gang of Four”.

Or perhaps Trump will use part of the Military Budget increase to fund the wall, as he has stated that he might do. If so, you might say that he took a page from Pelosi’s book that “You have to pass it before you know what is in it” approach. That is how Obama got his funding priorities and if this is what Trump is doing, you could say that he ‘Pelosied’ the Democrats..

It was an omnibus bill like the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act stimulus package passed by Congress for Obama to spend as he wished.
And spend it he did. On his pet projects. Laundered taxpayer dollars to payback campaign donors through failed solar energy enterprises. All of the $831 million is gone with nothing to show for it.
Trump may use this one for the same thing.
Well the claim that he got no money is not quite true as he did get 1.6 billion, which is certainly fall short of what is needed.
