That would be a good trick considering that NSA's don't do the hiring and firing of NSC staff. The guy making staffing decisions has been Keith Kellogg, the NSC Executive Secretary and Chief of Staff.
He also fired a lot of Trump supporters that should be rehired.
The biggest part of the Swamp is the SES, over 8,000 folks there and they are the real entrenched bureaucratic machinery that needs to go ASAP
