MUELLER MADNESS: Special Counsel Hands Over All ‘EVIDENCE’ On Mike Flynn
Sara Carter ^

Rumor and speculation as to why District of Columbia Judge Rudolph Contreras was recused from Flynn case An option being discussed by attorneys, pundits and supporters is that Flynn withdraw his guilty plea before sentencing The Office of Special Counsel complied with a federal judge’s order and as a result turned over all evidence related to former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn’s case, according to two sources who spoke to this reporter.

In December, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered Special Counsel Robert Mueller to provide Flynn’s attorneys with any and all information that may have been withheld from the case. Sullivan took over as the presiding judge after District of Columbia Judge Rudolph Contreras was recused from the case on Dec. 7. There was no explanation as to why Contreras, who presided over Flynn’s guilty plea on Dec. 3, was recused from the case. Flynn pled guilty to one count of lying to the FBI, despite testimony provided to Congress by former FBI Director James Comey, where he stated that the agents did not believe Flynn had lied about his conversation with former Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak in December 2016.

Sullivan ordered the government to produce any evidence in its possession that is “favorable to defendant and material either to defendant’s guilt or punishment.”

Beginning of the end of Mueller if there’s evidence that was withheld? Judge Sullivan is a good man and he would strike righteous judgment if there’s evidence that exonerate Flynn

Only that mueller has now turned over all evidence to the judge that might exonerate Flynn

Mueller was told to turn it over in December, but he dragged his heels and didn’t comply until 3 months later. What a bunch of crap.

As I recall Mueller has jailed and ruined people in the past by withholding exculpatory evidence
Hes a real peach of a human being

if the judge exhonerates flynn then it would seem almost de rigueur that he would then be expected to hold mueller in contempt of court for malicious prosecution (yes?).

In my opinion, the only reason he plead guilty is because they were financially destroying him.

That's not exactly the way a court order like that works. Mueller may have turned over everything he had in December, but the order is written in such a way that it obligates him to keep turning more things over as he finds them.

I suspect a lot of what has been turned over most recently includes information related to McCabe's firing. For example, Mueller would not have had the FBI's OPR report on McCabe back in December, since it wasn't issued until a few weeks ago.

Only that Mueller has now turned over all evidence to the judge PERIOD

Sullivan’s request for Mueller to turn over all evidence came after the plea, and the judge noted that even if Mueller believed the information was not “material” to the case, it would be up to Sullivan to decide whether or not to disclose the information to Flynn’s attorney.

Back on 11/1/2017 someone posted this question: Why did Mueller meet POTUS 1-day prior to FBI announcement if Mueller COULD NOT be offered director due to prev term limits rule?

Is this the best real-time spy novel, or what? ;-)

In my opinion, the only reason he plead guilty is because they were financially destroying him.

Or he knew it was a bogus set-up charge for which he eventually would be exonerated or pardoned & decided to cut his losses.
