Why would the reporter leave that out?
Why was she only identified as a woman and not their mother?
The reporting is stunningly bad.
It's like the reporter didn't care or think to ask any relevant questions.
That it is such a sickening tale may have something to do with the poor reporting.
And, yes, protecting Social Services may too.
\A long time ago this would have less details- if it was reported in respectable media at all.
