I find it refreshing to hear that someone in California actually thinks there are Trump supporters. She’s clearly well inland and doesn’t have a view. Must be one of those rare working class Democrat homeowners.
Mockery aside, I think she’s entitled to sell or not sell to anyone, for any reason. The law there may not agree, though.

But how can she enforce it? What if the buyer just lies and a month later says they didn't used to support Trump but now they've "grown" and changed their mind? She could try to put something in the sales contract or a restrictive covenant in the deed itself but this would not likely be enforceable due to constitutional concerns.
