Why isn’t Dersh on Trumps legal team?
I wish I knew. Wouldn’t Dershowitz make a great addition to Trump’s legal team? It’s almost as if he’s auditioning for it.
Dershowitz is an appeals lawyer, frequently in criminal appeals, but he is also a constitutional scholar. A real one, not like Obama claims to be. Maybe he is auditioning to join the team sometime when Trump wants to appeal a ruling?
Dershowitz would lose all his liberal friends in Cambridge. No more cocktail parties or salons with the intelligentsia.
