FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Regarding Obama's spending, patriots are reminded that all roads of corruption in the federal government lead to Congress imo.

In this case, consider that lawless Obama allegedly illegally spent tax dollars, such taxes arguably state revenues that corrupt Congress stole from the states by means of unconstitutional federal taxes.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States."—Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.



Since the Founding States gave the “power of the purse” (1.7.1) uniquely to the House of Representatives, most of the blame regarding Obama’s unlawful spending of stolen state revenues should actually go to the RINO-controlled House imo.

Consider that post-17th Amendment (17A) ratification lawmakers arguably used Obama as its “useful idiot,” letting Obama get away with doing the unconstitutional spending that Congress probably wanted to do.

After all, by letting last-term Obama do their dirty work for them, lawmakers were able to keep their voting records clean.

And by keeping their voting records clean, lawmaker are able to fool low-information patriots, patriots who have probably never been taught about the fed’s constitutionally limited powers, into reelecting them.

This is why patriots need to finish the job that they started when they elected Trump president.

More specifically, patriots now need to make sure that there are plenty of Trump-supporting, state sovereignty-respecting patriot candidates on the 2018 primary ballots, candidates who will be willing to put a stop to unconstitutional taxing and spending, and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day.

And until the states wake up and repeal the ill-conceived 17A, as evidenced by concerns about the integrity of the outcome of Alabama's and Pennsylvania's special elections, patriot candidates need to win elections by a large enough margin to compensate for possible deep state ballot box fraud and associated MSM scare tactics.
