Ingraham issued an apology Thursday after David urged his followers to pressure sponsors to pull out of her show.
Well over a dozen advertisers, generally skittish over any social media backlash, have responded by saying they are not running commercials in the show or have canceled plans to do so. Most are moving their ads to other programs on the Fox News schedule, according to a person familiar with those discussions.
Other defectors include Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, TripAdvisor, Nutrish, Expedia, Jos. A. Bank and Hulu, the streaming video service that is one-third owned by Fox News parent 21st Century Fox.
Ingraham is often the fourth most-watched program in all of cable news with about 2.6 million viewers nightly.

Basically Laura screwed up by apologizing to the crisis actor aka David Hogg for her twitter comments.By employing the Trent Lott defense of apology all the time she spread tons of blood in the water which everyone from the Hogg himself to every driveby media in the country is now pouncing on to get their pound of flesh before the body sinks to the bottom of the ocean.
Ingraham’s radio show is really all she ever needed. But I guess the opportunity to do TV was too enticing for her and she tries to do both.
Hannity is the only one I know who currently can do both and he has to be exhausted 24/7 trying to do it all. In additions he is under constant attacks from the left and the drivebys for just being alive.
Probably a bad move on her part. All she really needs is her radio show with millions of listeners. TV is most likely too much.
She should have offered him time on her show to debate and he would have run away. She should know not to apologize.
Perhaps now she will stop criticizing Trump for compromising once in a while since she completely laid down.

As for the protected one; Hogg...are we sure of his age and status ? Initial reports from Reddit that Hogg was not at the school but raced toward the shooting have been retracted as inaccurate by the Reddit author. Has his California history been squared with his Parkland history ? Seemingly legitimate claims of a California high school graduation in 2015...real or fake ?
In the meantime, I'm emailing Laura's sponsors to complain, and to Arby's who is also being attacked but has not yet bailed.
It's a media matters hit job, who have jumped on Hogg's protected status. I wish them all to hell.
Something's gotta give. I would guess even a lucrative FOX salary pales in comparison to her own syndicated radio on 3-500 stations...if finances are a factor in her priorities.
She is an extreme talent....as sharp of mind as any conservative on radio, TV, or politics, and totally in-tune with the values of the current administration.

The Left does this all the time. I once mentioned Peter Strokz and Lisa Page to some Liberal, and he was “Who are they and why should I care? Did you get this from Fox News?”
Because the drivebys never told the story about them, and if, only reluctantly on page 24, or after midnight on a CNN 30 second news wrap-up, most Americans haven’t heard about them. If they did—bet ya they’d be shocked!
After telling him who they were, it was clear he knew about them but was pretending that they didn’t matter, because Trump just HAD to have colluded with the Russians and the Savior Bob Mueller, who is a Republican, incidentally, would impeach him. But this guy was a news wonk so I knew he knew by his rebuttals, which were puny and wimpy, like the cocoa cup holding pajama boy he was.
