I really doubt that Trump would bring Obama to trial, but wouldn’t it be deliciously ironic to see Trump at the the podium announcing that, “For the good of the country, I’m extending clemency to former president Obama for his serious, serious crimes against the Constitution.”

Much as I would like to see it, it will not happen.
So this may be too obvious to bother adding it to the thread, but can we safely assume that the Russian collusion story was developed as a reason for all this surveillance since it must have been obvious at some point (to Obama and his associates) that they were detected and all this would come out. They hope that the Russian interference story will provide a plausible excuse, and have been pushing it non-stop ever since about December 2016 which is probably when they knew they had been detected.
I concur. I will believe if it actually happens.

Loose the felony snowball on the Obozo. If prosecuted for All of his felonies and found guilty (no question of his guilt), he won’t be free to ever spend all the money he scammed from the American tax payers. Better even still, we won’t have to see or hear of him ever again.
