My instinctive feeling is that those children were being sexually abused.
I don’t know about sexual abuse, but I have no doubt the children were being severely abused and neglected.
I’ve been wondering if perhaps the two women were playing out some kind of perverted “slave plantation” fetish/fantasy.
Obviously these women had SECRETS and they must have been terrible ones in order to motivate them to drive off a cliff and kill themselves and the kids.
I feel sorry for the kids. They needed help, wanted help, asked for help but didn’t get any help.
Yes, it was time to shut the kids up and avoid the shame of prison. So they did.
