Mueller Found a Very Dishonest Way to Shroud His Investigation in Secrecy
Law and Crime ^

Special counsel Robert Mueller and his deputy Andrew Weissmann filed a three-page notice on Monday arguing that Alex Van Der Zwaan should not be allowed to file Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests related to the ongoing Russia investigation.

As the notice points out, Van Der Zwaan originally agreed to waive his rights to “request or receive” such records from the government during his plea agreement. In the notice, Mueller claims his legal arguments are being filed because the court “drew attention” to a similar waiver agreement during Richard Gates‘ recent arraignment.

Is that a normal thing? A plea agreement that prevents scrutiny of how and why the prosecution obtained evidence? So the prosecutor can threaten you, your family and friends, essentially blackmail you into pleading guilty. And you can never reviewed it again? I think the deal the FBI gave hillary's people was better, you don't plead guilty to anything and the FBI will destroy any evidence it obtains from you. Including your interview. Wow.

He has to “shroud” it in secrecy. He doesn’t have anything and is still hoping to get somebody, anybody, to lie in order to stay out of jail. So much for their “Russki collusion” lie. That didn’t work out. I’ll bet he doesn’t even have any proof of Russki “meddling” except when it comes to their “colluding” with the “democrats”.

#2: "Lavrentiy Beria reincarnated."

Believe me, if they thought they could get away with it, they would kick it up a notch and go "full Beria".

“Trumps lawyers plus justice will DESTROY that loser if he tries screwing with him”.....

Problem is, Mueller is on the gubmint payroll so WHO gets hurt? The American people. The only damage to Mueller will be his reputation, being a lawyer, that’s nothing since most of them don’t have “good’ reputations anyway.
