California’'s illegal alien voting law is secession
American Thinker ^ | 4/2/18 | Lowell Ponte

Posted on 04/03/2018 4:03:35 AM PDT by LibWhacker

On April 12, 1861, the Confederacy opened fire on Fort Sumter, igniting a civil war that before its end killed more than 800,000 Americans.

Mark the date April 1, 2018, April Fool's Day, as the day Civil War 2.0 began. On that day, the State of California began to automatically register illegal aliens who have driver licenses to vote. This new law immunizes illegals against any state criminal penalty for registering and voting.

Leftist scholars say our states control their voting criteria and can legally register non-citizens to vote in state, county, and local elections. States, including California, however, may not register illegals to vote in federal elections – for members of Congress, U.S. senators, or president.

Allowing citizens of other countries vote in California would illegally "dilute" the votes not only of Californians, but of all American citizens by giving foreigners political power in selecting American lawmakers and presidents. Democrats who collude in such theft of citizen voting rights – letting your vote be canceled out by a foreigner – should face criminal prosecution under the Conspiracy Against Rights Act (18 USC §241).

California has one quarter or more of America's illegal aliens – as well as one third of the entire nation's welfare recipients. With a population more than 40 percent Latino, it has become Mexifornia. The new California motor-voter registration law that took effect April 1 transparently is intended to enfranchise illegals, who vote 2-1 for the ruling Democratic Party, in order to dissolve the American nation into a borderless, bankrupt, bilingual backwater ruled as a colony by a global progressive government.

Lawless California is now a lost cause.

I want the state removed from our great Republic!

Trump needs to tweet everyday that he wants the lawless state out of the union!

The wall needs to extend up the Cali east coast all the way to Oregon and then west to the ocean.

Highways crossings into our Republic from CA would need to be large border crossing immigration check points...with VERY strict vetting.

IMO, there is no other way to get control of the mess the progressives have created in Cali :-/

Prosperous California companies would be asked to move to neighboring states and given MASSSIVE tax-cuts and benefits. This would quickly destroy what is left of California's economy.

Announce that retired Californians who draw large SS and other large retirement benefits will be welcomed to move out of Cali and settle anywhere they want.

Those living on any sort of welfare would not be allowed to enter the US ever again unless they post a very large bond. Those that have a record of being hard workers could come to the US but under the proviso they nor their children can become a drain on US funds..if so, they get sent back over the wall.

I give them no more than 3 years wo US funds propping up their welfare paradise and they would be screaming to re-enter the union....I would NEVER allow them back in.

Sometimes an object lesson is called for.

Trump could play them so well they would think it was all their idea and that it would get Trump impeached for certain lol.

Here is pretty much exactly what it would look like in a decade with Californians trying to get over the wall to find food and work.

Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.
Limiting voting to citizens is an essential part of a republican form of government. Congress has the constitutional authority to block this nonsense.

"Forget secession, California needs to be expelled from the Union.

And effectively double the length of the US/Mexican border."

Yup.

Think this ends in CA? Think again.

The only way this stops is if the federal gov't asserts it's constitutional control over the immigration issue. And does so yesterday!

There are no border controls between states.

No. Split California into two states, California and Jefferson.

Then expel California. They have no common border with Mexico and (as far as I know) no major DOD installations (We want to keep the Naval Base in San Diego)

The short term benefit is we get rid of a lot of liberals. The long term benefit is that when they beg to come back in, if we decide to let them, we have two more conservative senators.

Where is Sessions?

It's not a crime until they actually pass the law. We cannot arrest someone just for talking stupid. We have to wait until they act stupid.

From the article, if you missed it: "On that day, the State of California began to automatically register illegal aliens who have driver licenses to vote. This new law immunizes illegals against any state criminal penalty for registering and voting. The state of California, via their elected representatives, has established a precedent diametrically opposite the law of the land. That is seditious action ...

Wow, stopping Social Security will cause California to go ballistic. Even the threat of that will make Dems turn against sanctuary cities.

It would be for the House and Senate to refuse to seat the elected representatives. The SCOTUS won’t interfere in that.

They shouldn’t be allowed to vote in any election. California is no longer a part of the US. That’s the reality of it. Many of their officials are illegals. The several presidents before Trump, who were treasonist. Have aided the enemy of the US.

Its easy to see the this is part of the Marxist plan to destroy the US. Many in our govt over the years have been compromised. It’s evident who some of them were. Years ago our govt was infiltrated.
