This is an overt attempt to use illegal voters to swing elections and acquire undeserved political power by gaming the system.
The solution is for the DOJ to file a challenge to the entire California vote in congressional and presidential elections until they provide documentation that every vote is that of a citizen or legal resident qualified to vote.
The problem is that the DOJ is permeated with the corrupt slimeballs too.
I live in Mexico. I visited family in Reedly, California. I stood in LONG lines of other people from Mexico to get my drivers license. In 2 weeks, I got a notice I was a registered voter, and can easily vote absentee here in Mexico. Mankind has always been good at looking for ways to game the system.

The federal government must immediately activate the National Guard against the hordes and begin mass raids (along the lines of the Palmer Raids but now) against California officials actively colluding and acting with foreign groups and nationals to overthrow the American republic and displace the American people.
Let me ask:
Illegals cannot vote in federal elections.
What system did California put in place to prevent those they registered from voting in federal elections?
Will IDs be checked?
Will voters be screened?
I think we all know the answer.
And CA will escape the rule of law with openly supporting voter fraud. This is how another Hillary will win the election again, and this is why Trump actually won the popular vote. Not one stinking CA government official will be arrested, not one.

As a result of their policies, ANY Votes coming from California in a Federal Election should be viewed as Tainted and thereby NOT counted. Any Federal level member of Congress should NOT be seated. Until California fully recognizes and adheres to Constitutionally authorized Federal Law, that should be our policy.

Prosperous California companies would be asked to move to neighboring states and given MASSSIVE tax-cuts and benefits. This would quickly destroy what is left of California's economy.
Announce that retired Californians who draw large SS and other large retirement benefits will be welcomed to move out of Cali and settle anywhere they want.
Those living on any sort of welfare would not be allowed to enter the US ever again unless they post a very large bond. Those that have a record of being hard workers could come to the US but under the proviso they nor their children can become a drain on US funds..if so, they get sent back over the wall.
I give them no more than 3 years wo US funds propping up their welfare paradise and they would be screaming to re-enter the union....I would NEVER allow them back in.
