No. People are entitled to be compensated for wrongdoing on the part of govt. Been that way since before the founding of this country.
I do agree that wrongdoers like Lois Lerner should be criminally and civilly liable.
perhaps the democratic party should be responsible... definitely not the taxpayers of the US.
