The DOJ is run by Jeff Sessions. Since many FISA docs are Russia related, and Jeffy has recused himself, it would be the Deputy Director. He has reason to drag his feet.

You know, an honest patriot who loves his country and honors his solemn duty, would have resigned, rather than allow the office of AG to remain in such a crippled state.

But Sessions will not rescind his recusal, nor will he step aside. Just stop and consider the implications of that dynamic.

As far as I'm concerned, it's one of the worst acts of betrayal in U.S. history.
