The one guy was late to wake up to the fact that the crane was falling right on his head and narrowly missed getting squashed like a bug.

He never stopped running after the crane hit. He was still running at the lower right corner at the end of the video. Probably looking for the nearest porta potty.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Or he's probably still running.

There's this one guy in a red shirt right under where the crane fell working in a little trench it looks like. After the load fell (which looks like a scissor lift) he didn't run. The crane dropped, it looks like, only a few feet from him. he didn't run until after it had already dropped. Lucky guy.
