Facebook is a private corporation and can make whatever rules it wants. It has also become the public square where many get their news which gives it special responsibilities and a need for freedom of speech.
Yeah the Fed is a private corp.too. But it still needs auditing in a big way.
Not any more. We are living in a country that forces bakers to print words on their cakes that violate their beliefs. It forces Catholic nuns to pay for abortions. And it forces large corporations to accept customers of all races, religions, creeds and origins. It will be shown that 'hate speech" cannot be uniquely defined by Mark Zuckerberg.
Well in that case. All the laws states have enacted to prohibit smoking in bars and retail stores (public spaces) are unConstitutional, or Facebook cannot claim that freedom on rulemaking.
Personally, I prefer the smoke-free buildings, but I'd rather that had been done through market forces rather than codified public policy.
