They have a handgun carry permit if I remember when I lived there.There seemed to be a question as to whether it was open carry, concealed carry or both. I always took it as the legislature meant concealed.
In KY it’s a Carry Concealed Deadly weapon and you can carry concealed or open. I usually carry concealed but when on a fishing trip and running into town to get something from the store people don’t bat an eye.
