This is outrageous, Trump should declare a national emergency and to hell with congress and get that wall built ASAP and absolutely get the military on the border, and put out the message anyone seen crossing will be shot on site. Imagine the outrage if 168 people were killed every day in mass shootings, the left would riot yet the support this open borders insanity.
