Many things are legal which are highly immoral.

That’s the thing. It’s not legal. Marijuana is still a controlled substance under federal law, and federal law preempts on this issue. They’ve just chosen not to confront the states over it. I’m not saying it should or should not be decriminalized federally... that’s not the point. The point is that you have a former high federal official violating federal law. And here I didn’t think he could be any more pathetic.....
