A transcript and embed of Erickson’s Instagram post in which the Republican Congressman is quoted as saying they and others are prepared to “take out the President”:

Tonight I got to spend some time at a Safeway grocery store with a Republican Member of Congress almost all of you would recognize. You will sometimes see him on Fox News defending the President. But he has come to despise the man privately even though he doesn’t say anything in public right now.

We roamed the aisles of the Safeway grocery store so he could complain about the President. He knew I would write about it and is happy to be quoted. He is livid.

“Needless to say I think if the president were to fire Robert Mueller at this point the votes are there to impeach him. A lot of Republican Congressmen are so frustrated and realizing they may lose their reelection that they are perfectly happy to take out the President with them because they all blame him.”

The fat, red faced fraud Erickson is back.
He predicted a Clinton landslide.

Of Republicans lose their seats, it’s not because of Trump. It’s because they failed to keep their promises with the American people.

These are very evil people, selling out their own country. And it is ALL for illegal immigration and the vast money involved.

I don’t understand why they would be upset with Trump. He has signed every piece of legislation they approved.

Maybe that is why ryno is retiring, he knows there is no way he gets re-elected after he participates in the coup.

These people suck so bad they will take down their own party, president and country. They deserve the hatred of the American people.

What a joke!

With any decent level of support for President Trump, the GOP would find itself in a dominant majority position.

Instead, they've been acting like cowards —and globalists—while the President dragged several of their ass-s across the finish line in 2016.

President Trump's greatest threat certainly isn't the People—it's the swamp. They'd all like to get rid of him and go back to business as usual. The People—regardless of political persuasion—should be well aware by now of the fact that letting Washington DC return to business as usual is the last thing any citizen should want.

I think that if the President can frame this struggle as the People vs. the Swamp—in other words, what it really is—he will be able to survive any challenge. But he will need to be on top of his game. If there's really no plan, he's likely to fail. If there is a plan, let's hope he's been thinking ahead all along.

One President can't do this alone. He will need the People behind him, as well as many in his party. I'm not as worried about the former as I am the latter...

Erick Erickson is a piece of fat feces of a stick. From reading this article its obvious he is lying. He adds a little too much detail ( a sign of a lie )., such as the conversation he had with the Congressman was in a Supermarket. Baloney

Seems like everyday after following the going on in this Republican Congress I draw ever closer to changing my voter registration to independent and never voting for a Republican again. It may be best to let them lose it all and built a new party that loves America.

The only honest comment in that entire piece:
“Erickson said the Congressman is afraid to speak out publicly because he would be primaried and voted out by the Trump supporters in his district.”

Duuuhhh. Does this mysterious congressman think HIS district is the ONLY one where THAT would happen? Again...DUUHHHHH!

It’s WHY Trump beat the witch and will, if he survives being mauled by Mueller and stays the course, be why he’ll get another term.

And speaking of “terms”, when do the Clintons begin serving THEIRS????

Another example in a long line of GOP POS hacks giving everyone who voted for President Trump the big middle finger.

Keep that in mind when you cast your votes this fall.
